Do not thing that because you are running a home business, you need not be customer centric. We have all dealt with the unpleasant customer. While such customer may be wrong on paper, you must realize that the customer is always right in their eyes. Therefore, you have to play along with the customer’s notion that they are in the right, otherwise, you will likely lose their business. You must always make your customers feel as though they are your number one priority, no matter how difficult they may be. We make these sacrifices so that we can retain customers, and build relationships.
